In order to explore the history of Russian Constructivism I have chosen to concentrate on propaganda as a topic for landmark poster design exercise in our Design History Class. The Art of Propaganda reflects the events happening in Russia in the 1920s, when the Soviet Communist Party lead by Lenin was using propaganda posters as a significant tools for influencing public opinion. The artwork is a collage composed of photographs of the actual Constructivist posters and graphics from the 1920s.
